摘要
结合表型性状分析和16SrRNA序列及系统发育分析进行菌株的鉴定.结果显示,DW027菌体呈杆状,革兰氏染色阳性,产芽孢.在LB平板培养基上,菌落呈白色、圆形.16SrRNA基因序列分析表明,与枯草芽孢杆菌(Bacillus subtilis)标准序列的同源性达99%,初步鉴定为枯草芽孢杆菌.
A thermo-α-amylase producing strain DW027 was identified based on phenotypic characters and phylogenetic analysis as well as 16S rRNA gene sequencing.The results show that the strain is Gram-positive,endospore-forming,rods in shape.Colonies of strain DW027 were white,convex and round on LB plates.The 16S rRNA gene sequencing analysis show that the strain is closely related to the member of Bacillus subtilis,with which they share 99% similarity.
