稀土变质剂对铝硅系铸造合金时效过程的影响 被引量:6

摘要 对微量稀土变质剂变质后Al-Si系铸造合金的时效进行了研究。研究结果表明 ,微量稀土添加剂不仅对Al-Si合金具有肯定的良好变质作用、净化作用、细化作用 ,而且对其时效过程也具有明显的影响。当合金中含有适量的Si和Mg时 ,如ZL10 1、ZL10 4 ,稀土可使时效峰提前 ,当合金中同时含有Cu时 ,如ZL10 5、ZL10 3、ZL10 8、ZL10 9、ZL110等 ,稀土则使时效峰后移。 By means of the emtallurgical hardening numerical analysis,the aging of Al—Si casting alloy in which the micro rare earth modificator becomes morally degenerate is studied in this article.The micro rare earth additive agent not only has good metamorphosis,depuration and sectionalization but also has obvious influence on its aging process.When alloy contains proper Si and Mg,such as ZL101,ZL104,the rare earth can advance the aging peak.When alloy contains Cu in the same time,such as ZL105,ZL103,ZL108,ZL109,ZL110,rare earth makes the aging peak backward.The variation of Si content has a certain influence too.
