摘要
加强高职院校教师的心理健康教育,不仅是时代的要求,更是高职院校自身发展的需要。从高职院校教师心理健康教育的必要性和紧迫性出发,探讨心理健康教育的策略。社会、国家、高职院校应形成心理健康教育的合力,转变高职院校教师的思想观念,构建合理有效的社会支持系统,建立鲜明特色的高职院校教师激励机制,把心理健康教育列入高职教师继续教育的内容之中,建立相应的心理干预机制,增强个人的自我调适能力。
To strengthen mental health education of higher vocational college teachers,is not only the request of the Times,but also the needs of the development of higher vocational colleges.This paper,preceeding from the necessity and urgency of vocational education teachers＇ mental health education explores the psychological health education strategy.Society,country and higher vocational colleges should join efforts in the psychological health education,change ideas,construct effective and reasonable social support system,establish the distinctive characteristics of higher vocational college teacher incentive mechanismm,include the psychology health education in higher vocational education content of teacher continuing education and set up a corresponding psychological intervention mechanism and strengthen the personal self adjustment ability.
