摘要
为了对烟业生产的可持续发展和中国现代农业的发展提供理论参考,对贵州现代烟草农业的生产组织模式"种植在户、服务在社、掌控在司"进行了介绍。贵州现代烟草农业的生产组织模式不仅成功地解决了现代农业的规模化要求与我国农民户均耕地面积很少的矛盾,而且有效地解决了由户均耕地面积很少和农户数量众多所导致的小生产与大市场的矛盾,还通过专业服务社(队)有效地解决了由工业化和城市化导致的农村阶段性和区域性的劳动力不足问题,同时有效地提高了生产效率,进而实现了节本增效和提质增效的目标,从而为烟业生产的可持续发展在生产组织制度上奠定了基础。
The Guizhou modern tobacco agriculture production organization model ＂planting in the family,servicing in the socialist and controlling in the secretary＂ was introduced in this paper to provide a theoretical reference for sustainable development of tobacco production and modern agriculture development.It not only had successfully solved the contradictions between the modern agriculture requirement and the less arable land per household,but also effectively settled by the contradictions of small producers with the big market,and through professional service or team effectively settled the problem of the rural regional and stage labor shortage,while effectively improving production efficiency and realizing the target improving quality and efficiency,so as to establish the production organization systems basis for the sustainable development of the tobacco industry of China.
