摘要
系统介绍卷烟企业如何与商业企业(在科研单位的技术支撑下)共同办好烟叶基地一些基本原则和方法。介绍了基地建设过程中可能遇到的一些问题及解决方案。
This thesis has put forward some basic principles and strategies of how to well establish to-bacco bases by cigarette factories,commercial enterprises,with the support of research institutes as well as some approaches and tactics to solve the problems in the course of establishment.
