摘要
为蚯蚓肥基质在生产实际中的示范和应用推广提供理论依据,采用漂浮育苗方式研究了蚯蚓肥与珍珠岩配比基质对烟苗根系生长与生理特征的影响。结果表明:1)与常规基质相比,蚯蚓肥添加30%的珍珠岩混配处理的出苗率持平,随着蚯蚓肥比例的增加,出苗率显著降低。2)蚯蚓肥添加30%珍珠岩混配处理的地下部干物重和地上部干物重显著高于常规基质,分别增加了18.9%和16.9%。3)蚯蚓肥添加30%珍珠岩混配处理比常规基质所育烟苗总根长、根表面积、根体积、平均直径、二级侧根数、平均根长都显著增加。4)与常规基质相比,施用蚯蚓肥基质可以提高烟苗的根系活力,随着蚯蚓肥比例的增加烟苗生长后期的根系活力降低。结论:蚯蚓肥中添加30%珍珠岩配制的烤烟育苗基质可以替代常规草炭基质。
The experiments were carried out to study the effects of application of mixed vermicompost and pearlite on root development and physiological features of flue-cured tobacco seedlings by the floating system and to provide a theoretical basis for the new seedling medium.The results showed that compared with peat medium,application of mixed vermicompost and 30% pearlite could had the same emergence rate.However,the emergence rate would decrease if the percentage of vermicompost exceeded 70%,respectively.The dry matter of roots and shoots were increased by 18.9% and 16.9% respectively when treated with vermicompost and 30% pearlite.The total root length,root superficial area,root volume,average root diameter,average root length and second-order lateral roots were increased when applied with vermicompost and 30% pearlite,respectively.All application of vermicompost substrate treatments could increase root activity more than peat medium.However,the root activity at the late growth period would decrease when the percentage of vermicompost exceeded.Therefore,application of mixed vermicompost and 30% pearlite could replace peat medium.
