摘要
研究了闭孔泡沫铝材料的轧制处理过程,探讨了影响泡沫铝轧制能力的主要因素。结果表明:闭孔泡沫铝材料可以进行适度的轧制处理,轧制应遵循小变形的原则。适宜的压下量则有利于发挥泡沫铝良好的吸能性,但变形量较大时易出现弯曲而使材料最终发生剪切破坏。提高泡沫铝轧制能力的具体方法为降低基体中的Si含量,提高泡沫铝合金的韧性,轧制工艺中采用适宜的道次压下量和较低的轧制速度。
The rolling process has been studied and the principal factors which influence the rolling capacity of aluminium foam have been investigated.The results show that closed-cell aluminium foam rolling can be handled appropriately.The rolling should follow the principle of small deformation.The appropriate reduction is conducive to good energy absorption for aluminium foam.However,the large deformation leads to bending leaving the ultimate shear failure.The methods to improve the rolling ability of aluminium foam are to reduce the Si contents in matrix and to improve the toughness of Al alloy foam.Moreover,the appropriate pass reduction and low rolling speed were required in rolling process.
