On the Dynamics Equation Study of Foamed Aluminum in the PCF Process

摘要 描述了泡沫铝发泡的物理过程,建立起了动力学方程,并对动力学方程进行了简化.根据所得到的简化方程对铝粉体发泡进行具体分析,得到了发泡剂的加入量与粒径、坯料的压实程度、发泡时间与发泡温度对孔型结构的影响规律,获得了对实验具有指导意义的结论,为泡沫铝的孔结构控制提供了理论依据. The physical foaming process of foamed Aluminum is described, and the dynamics equation is gained and simplified. The foaming process of Aluminum powder is concretely analyzed by using the simplified equation. Meanwhile, the effect of the amount and diameter of foaming agent, the degree of the compaction of the semi -finished specimen, and foaming time and temperature on the cell structure is achieved. The conclusions that are useful for the experiment are gained, which provides some theoretical references for the cell structure control of foamed Aluminum.
