2011年10月1日，正当全国各省市纷纷为《中华人民共和国献血法》（下称“《献血法》”）颁布实施13周年举办各类纪念活动之际，网络上层出不穷的“血荒”消息无疑为纪念活动蒙上了一重阴影。北京、郑州、合肥、长春……多个城市血库告急。
Various provinces and cities in China held all kinds of activities to celebrate 13th anniversary of Blood Donation Law on October 1st 2011.Yet the continuous appearance of blood supply shortage news shadows the celebration.Many cities,including Beijing,Zhengzhou,Hefei,Changchun,and even Shenzhen which was considered as the model city for blood donation,came across blood supply shortage.
