摘要
[目的]对农用矿物油混配毒死蜱和阿维菌素进行毒性分析,为中毒防治提供依据。[方法]产品样品来源于广东省昆虫研究所,根据中华人民共和国国家标准GB15670-1995《农药登记毒理学试验方法》进行试验,试验使用SPF级SD大鼠,用于经口、经皮毒性试验,每组10只,雌雄各半;新西兰白兔,用于眼刺激和皮肤刺激试验,每试验4只;FMMU白化豚鼠,用于致敏试验,每组13~20只。[结果]矿物油农药属低毒产品,矿物油与毒死蜱和阿维菌素混配后,不会增加混配剂的毒性。[结论]矿物油可作为农药混配剂用于农药开发,矿物油毒性低,在生产与使用过程中发生中毒,可考虑对混配剂进行解毒。
[ Objective ] The research aimed to analyze the toxicity of the mixture of agricultural mineral oil with chlorpyrifos and avermectin and provide the basis for the prevention and control of poisoning. [Method] The products samples came from Guangdong Entomological Institute. The test was made according to the national standards of the People' s Republic of China ( GB 15670- 1995) in Toxicological Test Methods of Pesticides for Registration. SPF SD mice were used to made the peroral toxicity test and pereutaneous toxicity test. There were ten mice (including 5 female rico and 5 male rice) in each group. New Zealand rabbits were used to make the eye irritation test and skin irritation test, with 4 rabbits in each test. FMMU albino guinea pigs were used to make the hypersusceptibility test, with 13 - 20 guinea pigs in each group. [Result] Mineral oil pesticides belonged to low-toxicity products and its toxicity would be not increased after mixing mineral oil with chlorpyrifos and avermectin. [ Conclusion] Mineral oil could be taken as the pesticide mixture in the development of pesticides. The toxicity of mineral oil was low and the detoxification of mixture could be considered when the poisoning occurred in the production and use process of,mineral oil.
