摘要
采用冷轧方法,通过设计不同的变形率和退火温度,研究了Ti-3Al-2.5V钛合金管材的显微组织和力学性能,探索了该合金的一种高强高韧管材的制备工艺。结果表明,当退火温度低于550℃时,Ti-3Al-2.5V合金管的再结晶程度相当低;当退火温度达700℃时,管材发生完全再结晶。合金管材力学性能的剧烈变化集中在退火温度为550~650℃之间。经工艺优化,当变形率为51.1%且退火制度为550℃×90min,或者变形率为68.5%~80.2%且退火制度为600℃×90min时,Ti-3Al-2.5V合金管材的抗拉强度≥862MPa,屈服强度≥724MPa,伸长率≥12%。
Effects of different accumulated deformation rates and annealing temperatures on microstructure and mechanical properties of cold rolled Ti-3Al-2.5 V Ti alloy pipes were investigated to obtain a new preparing technology for preparing high strength and high ductility pipes.The results show that the recrystallization degree of Ti-3Al-2.5 V pipes exhibit relatively low with annealing temperature less than 550 ℃,while complete recrystallization can be observed in the pipes with annealing temperature of 700 ℃.The great variation of mechanical properties of the alloy pipes occurs at 550~650 ℃ annealing treatment.With deformation rate of 51.1% and annealing at 550 ℃ for 90 min,or deformation rate of 68.5%~80.2% and annealing at 600 ℃ for 90 min,tensile strength,yield strength and elongation of the Ti-3Al-2.5V alloy pipes are more than 862 MPa,724 MPa and 12%,respectively.
