摘要
采用径向锻造和轧制两种工艺分别制备了Φ45 mm TA18钛合金棒材,研究了径向锻造和轧制工艺参数对棒材组织和性能的影响。结果表明,两种工艺路线制备的Φ45 mm棒材都具有良好的力学性能。轧制棒材退火后的α再结晶晶粒更为细小均匀。轧制棒材的抗拉强度、屈服强度和伸长率较径向锻造棒材高,且轧制棒材的R/2处和心部力学性能相差很小。
The Φ45 mm TA18 titanium alloy bar was prepared by radial forging and rolling respectively. The effects of radial forging and rolling process parameters on the microstructure and properties of the bar were studied. The results show that the Φ45 mm bars prepared by the two processes have good mechanical properties. After annealing, the α-recrystallized grain of rolled bar is finer and more uniform. The tensile strength, yield strength and elongation of rolled bars are higher than those of radial forged bar. And the difference between the mechanical properties of the rolled bar at R/2 and the core is very small.
