苦石莲对大鼠非细菌性前列腺炎的影响 被引量:2

Impacts of Semen Caesalpiniae Minacis on Nonbacterial Prostatitis in Rats

摘要 目的通过用苦石莲治疗大鼠非细菌性前列腺炎的实验研究,观察具有清热解毒、化湿、散瘀止痛的苦石莲治疗大鼠非细菌性前列腺炎的作用效果。方法将60只Wistar大鼠随机分成正常组,模型组,苦石莲低、中、高剂量组以及前列康组,每组10只。除正常组外,其余各组用消痔灵注射液制备大鼠非细菌性前列腺炎病理模型。苦石莲低、中、高剂量组分别灌胃苦石莲水煎液2 g生药.kg-1,4 g生药.kg-1,8 g生药.kg-1,前列康组灌胃前列康0.3 g.kg-1,正常组和模型组给予等量生理盐水,各组均每日给药1次,连续给药10 d。观察苦石莲对大鼠前列腺液中白细胞数、卵磷脂小体密度、前列腺指数及病理组织检查等指标的影响。结果苦石莲中、高剂量组能降低前列腺炎大鼠前列腺液中白细胞数和前列腺指数,增加卵磷脂小体密度,与模型组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05或P<0.01)。并对前列腺炎模型大鼠病理组织学的改变有明显改善作用。结论苦石莲对大鼠非细菌性前列腺炎有明显的治疗作用。 Objective To observe the effects of semen caesalpiniae minacis on nonbacterial prostatitis based on its actions as clearing heat,detoxification,resolving damp,removing stasis and stopping pain through the experimental research in rats.Methods 60 Wistar rats were randomized into a normal group,a model group,a low-dose semen caesalpiniae minacis group,a middle-dose semen caesalpiniae minacis group,a high-dose semen caesalpiniae minacis group and a qianliekang group,10 rats in each group.Except in normal group,xiaozhiliing injection solution was used to prepare the pathological model of nonbacterial prostatitis for the rats in the rest groups.In the low-dose,middle-dose and high-dose semen caesalpiniae minacis groups,semen caesalpiniae minacis decoction was applied for gastric infusion at 2 g·kg-1,4 g·kg-1 and 8 g·kg-1 of raw herb separately.In qianliekang group,qianliekang,0.3 g·kg-1 was used for gastric infusion.The physiological saline of the equal dose was applied in normal and model groups.In each group,the medication was planned each day,continuously for 10 days.The impacts of semen caesalpiniae minacis on leukocyte count,lecithin microsome density,prostate index in prostatic fluid and the indexes in histopathological examination were observed in rats.Results In the middle-dose and high-dose semen caesalpiniae minacis groups,the leukocyte count and prostate index were reduced and lecithin microsome density increased in prostatic fluid in the rats with prostatitis,which presented statistical significant differences as compared with model group(P0.05 or P0.01).Additionally,the apparent improvements were achieved in histopathological changes.Conclusion Semen caesalpiniae minacis has obvious effect on nonbacterial prostatitis in rats.
