摘要
本文回顾我国住院医师规范化培训的现状,分析培训实施过程中存在的人事管理、医师待遇、学位衔接、培训标准等问题,并提出完善住院医师培训的对策。
The article introduced the present status of the standardized training of residents.The author also analyzed the problems in the following aspects,such as the personnel administration,doctor＇s benefits,continuity of degree and training standard.Finally,some suggestions and countermeasures were put forward to perfect the residency training system.
