摘要
研究和试验表明，正确应用磁化处理能降低刀具的残余应力．使高速钢刀具寿命延长３０％左右，硬质合金刀具的脆性明显降低，崩刃减少，其寿命延长２０％以上．磁化处理是延长刀具寿命简单易行的途径．
It has been indicaded that with the correct magnetic treatment the remain stress of the tools can be reduced ;the life can be increased by 30% as to the highspeed steel cutter;the brittleness and the edge fracture cab be clearly decreased and the life can be prolonged by more than 20% as to the hard alloy cutter. It has been identified that:the magnetic treatment is a simple and feasible way for prolonging the cutter life.
