摘要
                
                    通过试验得出含磨料尼龙丝刷在含游离磨料浆液中对工件进行抛光去毛刺,可获得Ra0.3μm工件表面。单用含磨料尼龙丝刷或单用含磨料浆液都不能获此效果。应用该工艺,含磨料尼龙刷丝径对抛光金属去除量影响最大,钻床的转速也有明显影响,在抛光的同时,工件上因车、铣、钻引起的毛刺一同被去除,从试验中我们得出各工艺参数对加工效果的影响。并由此开发出了实用工程样机,并成功应用于生产。
                
                Abrasive nylon brush is used to polish and deburr parts in fluid with dissociating abrasive particles and the surface roughness of machined parts reaches Ra 0.3μm, which isn't able to be obtained by abrasive nyIon brush or fluid with abrasive particles only. The diameter of the abrasive nylon brush has the greatest influ enee on the polished metal volume, and the rotation speed of the spindle of drilling machine has obvious effect as well. Deburring and polishing actions are performed at the same time. The influence of process parameters on machining effect is studied.
