摘要
通过控制土壤水势梯度,在温室条件下研究木麻黄苗木结瘤固氮的变化,并探讨2种外生菌根菌对水分胁迫下木麻黄苗木的影响。结果表明,干旱胁迫使木麻黄结瘤水平、固氮酶活性和根瘤固氮数量降低。接种菌根菌可以显著促进木麻黄苗木的生长,促进苗木对磷素的吸收和叶绿素的合成,提高苗木的蒸腾速率和光合速率。
Based on the condition controlling soil water potential in the green house,the experiments were carried out within-nodulation and nitrogen fixation of Casuarina seedlings,and the effect of 2 kinds of ectomycorrhizal fungi on growth and water relation was studied under water stress.The results showed that nodulated situation,nitrogenase activity and the quantity of nitrogen fixation fall as water po- tential decrease.Inoculating ectomycorrhizal fungi is beneficial to improve the growth of seedlings,pro- mote the absorption of the content of phosphorus and the composition of the content of chlorophyl,in- crease the transpiration ratc and photosynthesis rate of Casuarina species.
