摘要
将小尺度行政区域作为研究对象,建立区域生态环境服务价值评估模型。模型重点考虑了2个方面:第一,主体生态系统对区域生态环境服务价值的贡献大小及主体生态系统之间的相互影响;第二,估算主体生态系统价值时考虑直接使用价值、间接使用价值、非使用价值的重复或遗漏及生态环境服务价值随社会经济的变化。以陕西延安市宝塔区为例进行评估,得到2002年宝塔区生态环境服务价值为118322.214万元。
The model of valuating regional environmental value is established based on small-sale regional studies.The model takes two important factors into account. The first one is the main ecosystem's contribution to regional environmental value and interaction of the main ecosystems. The second one is overlap or neglect of direct use value, indirect use value and non-use value and environmental value which changing with social and economic when evaluating the value of main ecosystems. The paper takes Baota district for example, and the value in 2002 is about 1.18 billion yuan RMB.
