摘要
通过广泛整理、查阅国内文献资料,对我国青少年足球后备人才培养的现状、体制;业余体校、足球学校等存在的问题;女子足球运动的开展现状进行调查分析。目的在于指出我国在足球后备人才培养上的不足之处,为探讨和展望中国足球未来提供理论依据和研究参考。
This essay analyzes the present cultivation situation and system of Chinese youngster soccer reserve talents,amateur sports schools,soccer schools and women football.Moreover,the deficiencies about the cultivation of Chinese youngster soccer reserve talents are clearly pointed out.This essay will provide the theoretical bases and research references for Chinese soccer in the future.
