摘要
结合新一代车载远程三坐标引导雷达的研制要求,提出了雷达结构总体实施方案。文中具体分析了方案中的关键技术及实现途径,提出了天线快速架设/撤收的实现方法,对天线车机电液运动系统进行了仿真分析,合理分配了系统中各机构的动作时间,阐述了机电液运动系统、阵面环境控制、大口径天线高转速等关键技术的实现方法。
An innovative scheme for the system structure design of a vehicle-mounted 3D long-range guiding radar is presented in this paper, according to its performance requests. Some key technologies and relative implement methods are also presented in de- tail. A method is proposed for erecting and dismounting the antenna fast. Then, the mechanical electro-hydraulic movement system for antenna vehicle is simulated. Based on the simulation, logical time for every procedure of mechanism movements is allocated reasonably. Solutions of some key technologies such as the mechanical electro-hydraulic movement system, the antenna array envi- ronmental control inside, the high rotating speed of large-aperture antenna are also discussed.
