Effects of lead on microbial activities in vegetable soil

摘要 以南京市近郊菜园土壤为材料,采用室内培养方法,系统地研究了在一定时间段(1、3、7、14、28、42和56 d)不同浓度铅(0、20、100和500 mg.kg-1)污染对土壤微生物生物量碳、土壤呼吸强度及土壤酶(脱氢酶、过氧化氢酶、脲酶和蔗糖酶)活性的影响。结果表明:在污染初期,高浓度铅(500 mg.kg-1)污染对脱氢酶、过氧化氢酶、脲酶活性均有激活作用,而低浓度铅(20 mg.kg-1)污染则产生抑制作用;随着时间的推移脱氢酶和过氧化氢酶酶活性均逐步下降;脲酶活性随着时间的推移先减弱后增强;受铅污染的土壤蔗糖酶活性与对照相比没有显著性差异。与对照相比高浓度铅污染使土壤呼吸强度增加而微生物生物量碳减少,低浓度铅污染则使呼吸强度减小而微生物生物量碳却增大。 Lead pollution has negative impact on soil organism and soil physical-chemical character.This paper deals with the influence of lead on the intensity of soil respiration and the activities of dehydrogenase,catalase,urease,sucrase and microbial biomass carbon in vegetable soil.The results showed that after the application of leads with concentration of 20,100,500 mg·kg-1 dried soil,soil respiration of the highest concentration treated sample was strongly stimulated at the beginning but reduced slightly afterwards and it was higher than the lower ones,and the soil microbial biomass carbon was reverse.The activities of dehydrogenase,catalase and urease were enhanced at high concentration(500 mg·kg-1)and depressed at lower concentration(20 mg·kg-1)in vegetable soil at initial time.However,the soil sucrase was not significantly different between control(lead-free soil)and soil treated with lead.
