摘要
从受重金属污染土壤中筛选得到1株对锌有较高抗性的微生物,经鉴定该菌株为芽孢杆菌属。在不同实验条件下考察该菌株去除Zn2+的性能,结果表明:在Zn2+初始浓度为300 mg/L,温度为37℃,接种量为5%的情况下,去除Zn2+的效果最好,12 h去除率可达到94%;进一步利用盆栽试验,研究了添加不同浓度菌株对印度荠菜富集土壤中锌的影响。结果发现,在添加量为40 m L菌液下(1×109 CFU/m L),印度芥菜地上部分和地下部分锌含量,相较对照组分别提高56.1%和24.3%,这说明菌株可以提高锌弱酸提取态的含量。
A zinc-resistant strain was isolated from heavy metal-polluted soil,and identified as Bacillus. Its performance of removingZn^2+ under different experimental conditions was studied. The results showed that :the removal efficiency of Zn^2+ was the best,and the removalrate of Zn^2+ was 94% in 12 h when the initial concentration of Zn^2+ was 300 mg/L,the temperature was 37℃,inoculation amount was 5%.Subsequently,a pot experiment was conducted for investigating the influence of adding the different concentration of the strain on plant growthand Zn uptake by Brassica juncea. The results showed that the Zn content in ground and underground part of B. juncea increased by 56.1% and24.3% respectively while adding 40 m L bacterial liquid(1×109 CFU/m L),compared with the control group. This is mainly due to the strainimproves the zinc content under weak acid extraction condition.
