摘要
目的了解在开展优质护理服务中护理人员的自身满意度。方法采用自行设计的满意度调查表对235名临床科室护理人员进行满意度调查。结果 235名护理人员满意度依次为:排班模式(71.49%),管理者的关爱(70.64%),人际关系(67.66%),职业安全(31.91%),工作认可度(26.81%),劳动价值(11.91%);不同年龄、学历、技术职称、工作性质的护理人员满意度比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);67.23%的护士感到有压力,主要压力源是工作量大和护患关系紧张。结论优质护理服务的开展,提高了护士的工作责任感和成就感,但其劳动价值有待提高。
Objective To understand the nurses'satisfaction level during the implementation of high - quality care service. Method A total of 235 nursesfrom clinical departments were surveyed with a self- designed satisfaction questionnaire. Results Among the 235 nurses,71.49% were satisfied with arrangement of shift ,70.64% with care from managers ,67.66% with relationship,31.9 1% with job safety, 26.8 1% with job recognition and 11. 91% with value of work. There was no significant difference of satisfaction level among nurses from different groups categorized by age, academic background,technique title or job function ( P 〉 0.05 ). And 67.23 % of the nurses felt stressed, the major stressors were huge workload and poor nurse - patient relationship. Conclusion The implementation of quality nursing service improved the sense of responsibility and achievement of nurses. However, there is still could be improved for their recognition of value of work.
