摘要
本文通过对重庆观音桥商圈发展过程的回顾和对目前发展瓶颈的剖析,探讨其未来包容性发展的空间策略,以达到商圈经济效益、社会效益、环境效益的综合最优,建构当代商圈的包容性发展模式。
Through a review of the development and the analysis on present development bottleneck of Guanyinqiao CBD in Chongqing, this article discusses the inclusive development of spatial strategies in future so as to achieve the integrated optimal goal of economic, social and environmental benefits and construct the inclusive development mode of contemporary CBD.
