摘要
指出农村微型企业在农民增收、农村经济发展中的重要意义。通过分析农村微型企业发展中存在的资金、人才和制度问题,提出了建立健全农村微型企业的金融信用体系,加强教育培训,加强企业制度建设,改善领导方式的对策建议。
The great significance of rural micro enterprises to improve the farmers＇ incomes and rural economic development is pointed out.Through analyzing the existing funds,talents and system problems during the development of rural micro enterprises,it is proposed to construct and improve the financial credit system,strengthen education and training,enhance the construction of enterprise system and improve the leadership.
