摘要
针对目前关于农村微型企业的研究十分缺乏的情况,在对国内外微型企业概念界定文献综述的基础上,提出农村微型企业是雇佣员工(包括不支薪水的雇主及其家庭成员员工在内)低于10人、资产总额低于所在行业小企业的平均水平、在农村地区具有固定经营场所或固定经营业务、产权与经营权高度统一的规模细小的经济组织。
At present, it is short of studies on rural microenterprise. So, on the basis of literature reviews, various viewpoints were analyzed in the paper and a concept of rural microenterprise was given at last. Microenterprise is a petty scale of economic organization with fewer than 10 employees. Besides that, the total assets of a microenterprise are lower than the average level of small enterprise in the same industry, and its ownership and management are not be separated, and it must have fixed place of business or main operating business located in rural area.
