摘要
基于行为科学、管理心理学中有关职业认同、工作投入的研究理论与成果,运用问卷调查、访谈、数理统计等方法对浙江省高校530名体育教师的职业认同、工作投入现状以及职业认同与工作投入之间的关系进行了实证研究。结果表明,当前浙江省高校体育教师的职业认同水平(M=3.07)和工作投入水平(M=3.11)一般;普通高校体育教师职业认同对工作投入具有正向的预测作用;体育教师职业认同与工作投入的关系在不同生涯发展阶段上存在着结构性差异。
Based on research theory and achievement oI behavioral science aria managing paychology concerning about professional identification and work engagement, and using the method of the questionnaire surveys, interview and statistics, this paper analyzes the relationship between the professional identity and the work engagement of 530 college sports teachers from Zheiiang province. The result shows that 1 ） Sports teachers＇ professional identity in common colleges provides a positive predication for work engagement. 2 ） The professional identity of sports teachers in different phases of professional development also has the level and structural differences in the prediction relationship to work engagement.
