摘要
文章从以人为本的价值观出发,对医疗资源配置、医疗服务和药物的价格、政府对卫生事业的投入等宏观医疗经济因素的影响进行了研究,剖析了原因并提出了提高医疗经济效益的对策建议。
The article researched the influential macro-health-economic factors, such as the health resources deployment, the price of medical service and medicine, the government investment to public health, analyzed the reasons of low efficiency and brought forward the countermeasure suggestions to enhance the health economic efficiency based on the value of people foremost.
