摘要
目的:观察葛根素联合奥扎格雷钠治疗老年糖尿病并脑梗死的临床效果。方法:将2001-2009年糖尿病合并脑梗死住院患者84例随机分为2组,治疗组给予注射用葛根素联合注射用奥扎格雷钠治疗,对照组采用复方丹参注射液治疗,比较2组疗效。结果:葛根素联合奥扎格雷钠治疗糖尿病并脑梗死2周后,临床疗效优于对照组。结论:葛根素和奥扎格雷钠联合使用治疗老年糖尿病并脑梗死有较好的临床疗效。
OBJECTIVE： To study clinical efficacy of puerarin combined with ozagrel sodium in the treatment of diabetes in elderly patients with cerebral infraction. METHODS： 84 inpatients with diabetes complicating with cerebral infraction during 2001-2009 were randomly divided into two groups. Therapy group was given puerarin combined with ozagrel sodium, while control group was treated with compound danshen injection. The therapeutic efficacy was compared between two groups.RESULTS： After 2 weeks of treatment of puerarin combined with ozagrel sodium for diabetes complicating with cerebral infraction, clinical efficacy of therapy group was better than control group. CONCLUSION： Puerarin combined with ozagrel sodium have sound therapeutic efficacy in the treatment of diabetes complicating with cerebral infraction.
