阿司匹林和盐酸二甲双胍对蛋白质非酶糖化的影响 被引量:9

EFFECT OF ASPIRIN AND DIMETHYLBIGUANIDE HYDROCHLORIDE ON THE NON ENZYMATIC GLYCOSYLATION OF 3 H GLUCOSE AND PROTEIN

摘要 将人血清白蛋白和3H葡萄糖在37℃保温8天,进行蛋白质非酶糖化测定,了解其反应过程以及阿司匹林、盐酸二甲双胍对反应的影响。测定3H葡萄糖与蛋白结合的cpm数。用化学方法测定甲醛的含量。结果表明阿司匹林、盐酸二甲双胍对蛋白质非酶糖化有明显抑制作用。盐酸二甲双胍随反应系统中含有的浓度增加对掺入的抑制也增加。 Human serum albumin was incubated with 3 H glucose at 37℃for eight days and the protein non enzymatic glycosylation was determined to study the process of the reaction as well as the effect of aspirin and dimethylbiguanide on the process of glycosylation, Both the incorporation of 3 H glucose into protein and the formaldehyde content determination by chemical method were used. Results indicated that aspirin and dimethylbiguanide had significant inhibition effect on protein non enzymatic glycosylation. The inhibitory effect of dimethylbiguanide was more obvious as its concentratiion in the reaction medium was increased.
