摘要
发展住房租赁市场是解决我国低收入群体住房问题的重要措施。目前,很多国家在解决本国居民住房问题上都不同程度地采取住房租赁措施,尤其是德国。本文以德国为例,研究其住房租赁市场发展的主要经验,并结合中国实际,构建我国住房租赁市场的发展路径。
The development of housing rental market has been an important solution for the housing difficulty of low-income groups in China. Recently, many countries have taken the measurement in various degrees, especially in Germany. This paper focuses on the experience of the development of housing rental market in Germany, and builds the reasonable and realistic development path of housing rental market for China.
