摘要
目的妥善处理医疗纠纷,减少"医闹"和防御性医疗行为,构建和谐医患关系。方法建立与市场化保险机制相适应的医疗风险保险制度和医疗风险控制机制;加强医患沟通,重建医患信任关系;加强医务人员的职业道德教育,提高人文素养。结果寻求医疗纠纷解决的新途径,探索和谐医患关系构建。结论找出"医闹"和防御性医疗行为产生的原因,提出相应对策,从而减少"医闹"和防御性医疗行为。
Objectives Handling medical disputes properly,to reduce hospital violator and defensive medical behavior and construct harmonious doctor-patient relationship.Methods Establish the medical risk insurance system and medical risk control mechanism adapted to marketization of insurance mechanism;strengthen the doctor-patient communication to reconstruct the doctor-patient trust-relationship;Strengthen medical personnel,to improve the professional ethics of humanities education.Results Pursue medical dispute resolution,and explore new ways of constructing harmonious doctor-patient relationship.Conclusions Finding reasons and countermeasures of hospital violator and defensive medical behavior,to reduce hospital violator and defensive medical behavior.
