Src蛋白及其生物学特性的研究进展 被引量：8

摘要 Src家族激酶（SFKs）由9个成员组成,分别是：LYN、FYN、LCK、HCK、FGR、BLK、YRK、YES和c-Src。其中,Src蛋白是目前研究最多的成员,也是与人类疾病联系最为密切的蛋白。Src广泛存在于组织细胞中,通过与信号转导通路中重要分子的相互作用,参与细胞的代谢过程,调控细胞的生长、发育和分化等过程,同时也与一些疾病的发生有着密切的联系。
