摘要
选区激光烧结成型设备铺粉装置的振动特性是影响选区激光烧结铺粉精度的重要因素,为了提高铺粉的均匀性和致密性,必须对铺粉装置的振动特性进行分析.作者建立了铺粉装置受迫振动的弹簧-质量-阻尼系统力学模型,从数学模型角度建立了振动微分方程,由此分析了铺粉装置的振动特点,并根据其振动特点提出了铺粉过程的最佳参数,为提高所铺粉层的均匀性和致密性奠定了基础.
The vibration characteristic of spreading powder device of selective laster sintering molding machine is the key factor that effects the powder spreading accuracy.In ordor to improve the uniformity and density of the powder,we must analyze the vibration characteristics of the spreading powder device.It analyzes the vibration characteristic of spreading powder device by establishing the spring-mass-damper system mechanical model of forced vibration and vibration differential equation.It proposes the best dynamic parameters of powder spreading process by using the vibration characteristic.It makes a good foundation for improving the uniformity and density of the powder.
