82B时效对盘条力学性能影响探讨 被引量:4

Study about 82B aging's influence on wire rod's mechanical properties

摘要 影响82B盘条时效的因素主要有钢中氮含量、残余应力和氢的逃逸。通过人工时效与自然时效的对比,不同人工时效工艺对比,以及人工时效与自然时效情况的对应分析,得出结论:(1)随着时间的延长,82B盘条在自然时效时抗拉强度基本保持不变,而断面收缩率变化较为明显,室温停放15 d内是断面收缩率发生变化的关键时期;(2)人工时效100,120,150℃断面收缩率呈上升趋势,150℃保温2 h后,盘条抗拉强度和断面收缩率指标合格;(3)人工时效与自然时效的盘条力学性能对应性较好,采用人工时效后,82B盘条力学性能指标基本达到标准要求。 The main reason of influencing 82B wire rod' s aging: nitrogen' s content in steel, residual stress and hydro- gen' s escape. Comparing artificial aging with natural aging, different artificial aging technologies and contrast analysis be- tween artifical aging and natural aging, conclusion as below : ( 1 ) As time goes on, 82B wire rod' s tensile strength keep the same in natural aging, while area of reduction had obvious changes. 15 days outside with indoor temperature is the key period of reduction area' s change; (2) Artificial aging 100, 120,150 ℃, area of reduciton is increasing, 150℃ holding for 2 hours, wire rod' s tensile strength and area of reduction qualified ; (3) The correspondent of artificial aging and natu- ral aging' s wire rod mechanical properties is good, 82B wire rod mechanical properties index can meet standard require- ment by using artificial aging.
