摘要
分析了SWRH82B线材在生产过程中对水冷及风冷工艺的要求,通过对斯太尔摩线上线材冷却行为的分析,找出了其性能波动的主要原因;同时得出Φ12.5mmSWRH82B线材在斯太尔摩线上的相变温度在630℃附近。
The water and wind cooling processing requirements for SWRH82B wire were analyzed. The main causes of influence performance fluctuation of this steel were found out based on its cooling behaviour on Stelmor line. Mean while, the phase transformation temperature about 630℃ of Φ12.5mm SWRH82B wire on Stelmor line was obtained.
