人工鼻在术后机械通气患者早期的应用 被引量:3

摘要 目的观察两种气道加温湿化方法对术后机械通气患者早期应用的效果.方法:将78例SICU术后机械通气的患者随机分为对照组和观察组,对照组按常规的呼吸机湿化罐方法进行气道管理,观察组仅使用人工鼻进行气道湿化,对两组的护理效果进行比较.结果:术后早期两组患者气道湿化效果无明显差异(P〉0.05).结论:在术后机械通气患者早期单用人工鼻可以达到满意的气道湿化效果.
