摘要
目的:观察丹红注射液治疗急性高原病的临床疗效。方法:将76例急性高原病患者随机分为对照组(n=37例)和丹红组(n=39例)。对照组采用常规治疗,丹红组在常规治疗的基础上静脉滴注丹红注射液20 mL/d,连用5 d。观察两组治疗前及治疗后3 d、5 d各个症状及症状综合评分,比较两组疗效。结果:丹红组临床治疗总有效率显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:丹红注射液治疗急性高原病有良好的临床疗效。
Objective：To observes the clinical effect of Danhong Injection in the treatment of acute plateau sickness.Methods：76 cases of acute plateau sickness were randomly divided into the control group （37 cases） and the Danhong group （39 cases）.The control group used the conventional treatment. In addition of the conventional treatment,the Danhong group was intravenously dripped by Danhong Injection 20mL/d for successive 5 d. The symptoms and the comprehensive scoring of various symptoms before treatment and on 3,5d after treatment were observed and the curative effects were compared between the two groups. Resnits：The total effective rate in the Danhong group was obviously higher than that in the control group （P〈0.05）.Conclusion：Danhong Injection has the good clinical effect in the treatment of acute plateau sickness.
