摘要
近几年,用工荒愈演愈烈,对中小企业形成巨大冲击。跟以往不同,新的用工荒日益常态化,因为其出现有着更复杂而深刻的原因。长效解决中小企业招工难要求政府提高公共服务水平,改善民工就业环境与企业经营环境;企业不断创新发展路径,向人力资源管理与技术创新要效益;民工努力提升各种素质,找准自身定位与科学规划职业生涯。
In recent years,shortage of workers is becoming intensive,which causes enormous impact on the small and medium enterprises.Different from the past,the new shortage of workers has complex and profound reasons,so it is growing increasingly common.The government,enterprises,and migrant workers should make joint efforts to overcome difficulty in recruiting workers.Firstly,the government should enhance the public services,improve the employment environment of migrant workers and the management environment of enterprises.Secondly,the enterprises should innovate development path,create benefit through human resources management and technical innovation;the migrant workers should enhance their various qualities,locate their position and plan their occupation career scientifically.
