煤气化模型研究及气化产物组成预测分析 被引量:4

摘要 该文以气化反应物料平衡、能量平衡和化学平衡为依据,根据文献数据拟合了甲烷产率动力学关系式,建立了一个适用于水煤浆气化过程的平衡模型并采用文献数据对所建模型进行验证。在此基础上,参考工业控制参数,对褐煤水煤浆气化过程进行模拟计算,分析了水煤浆浓度、氧煤比和氧气纯度等因素对气化产物组成的影响,计算结果表明,在本文选择的计算条件范围内,褐煤水煤浆气化过程较适宜条件为:水煤浆浓度为61%,氧煤比为0.83,氧气纯度为99.6%。 A balance model of coal-water slurry gasification was proposed in this paper.The model was based on mass balance,heat balance,and chemical equilibrium as well as the correlations of the yield of CH4 obtained form literature data,and used the literature data to test the model.On this basis,the process of lignite coal-water slurry gasification was simulated through referring to industrial control parameters.The effects of the coal slurry concentration,oxygen-coat ratio and oxygen purity were analyzed with the model.The results showed that the better conditions for calculating lignite coal in the selected calculation conditions in this paper were: coal slurry concentration was 61%,oxygen-coal ratio of was 0.83,oxygen purity was 99.6%.
