烟煤快速加氢热解的研究Ⅱ.温度和压力影响的考察 被引量:8

摘要 用内蒙东胜烟煤在气流床反应器中进行了快速加氢热解的研究。在500~800℃的温度和0.1~6.0MPa的氢压范围考察了温度、压力等因素与生成物产率的关系。实验表明:温度和氢压对气、液态生成物产率有很大影响。液态烃(HCL)与温度的关系呈山型曲线,6.0MPa氢压下、700℃时,HCL产率最大,达16.1%;甲烷产率800℃时达37.6%。 The study of flash hydropyrolysis (FHP) of Dongsheng bituminous coal of Inner Mongolia was carried out in an experimental entrained reactor Effect of temperature and pressure on product yields was studied at temperatures from 500 to 800℃ and pressures from 0 1 to 6 0 MPa The results indicated that the temperature and hydrogen pressure are the most important factor affecting on the yields of FHP Yields of hydropyrolysis products, benzene and gas (carbon dioxide and methane) were increased with increasing temperature The yield of benzene was 12 2% at 800℃ and hydrogen pressure of 6 0MPa Benzene is the main compotent in BTX at high temperature The relationship curve of HCL yields with temperature showed in shape like a 'mountain' A maximum yield of HCL of 16 1% was obtained at 700℃ The yield of methane is 4 7 times and the yield of HCL is 5 2 times larger than that in H 2 atmospheric pressure at 800℃ and hydrogen pressure of 6 0MPa
