摘要
以自然风干的柠檬皮渣为原料,通过正交设计实验分析得出柠檬皮渣总黄酮超声波提取的最佳工艺条件,即乙醇浓度为80%、提取温度为45℃、液料比为20、提取时间为30min.在此条件下进行3次平行实验,结果表明柠檬皮渣总黄酮的提取率高,而且实验的重现性好,此时平均提取率为1.8167%.
In this paper, the best conditions of extraction with ultrasound were obtained through analysis of orthogonal experiments. When the ethanol concentration was 80 %, extraction temperature was 45℃, the ratio of solution to solid was 20 and the extraction time was 30 min, the extraction rate reached the maximum. Under this condition, the 3 paralleled experiments were carried out. The results showed that the extraction rates of total flavonoids of lemon peel were high and the experiments with good reproducibility; the average extraction rate was 1. 8167%. This paper may have a certain reference value for the extraction of active ingredient of natural products.
