摘要
通过单因素试验研究了夹带剂比例、温度、时间、压力对超临界CO2 萃取毛白杨雄花序黄酮类化合物的影响 ,利用正交试验得到最佳工艺条件 :温度 60℃ ,液料比 1 5mL∶1 g、压力 3 5MPa条件下 ,萃取 90min ,得率可达 0 5 9%。
Based on single factor experimental design, the effects of entrainer, temperature, time, and pressure on extracting flavonoids by supercritical CO 2 from Chinese White Poplar male inflorescence were studied. The orthogonal test indicated the optimal extraction parameters were as follows: extracting temperature at 60℃,ratio of fluid to material being 1.5:1, extracting time of 90min, and 35MPa for working pressure. Under the optimal condition, the rate of extraction of flavonoids from male inflorescence was 0.59%。
