摘要
目的探讨LASIK术后眼压测量值的变化及其规律。方法分析LASIK手术前后非接触眼压的测量及相关手术参数。结果术后1周时眼压测量值较术前下降(0.79±0.2614)mmHg,术后眼压和中央角膜厚度(CCT)与术前相比下降,差异有统计学意义(t为4.124和5.325,P<0.05);236眼CCT与眼压呈直线正相关(r=0.486,t=6.524,P<0.05),以CCT为自变量(X),眼压为因变量(Y),直线回归方程r=0.0402×(-7.329),术后每眼CCT平均下降(97.56±7.11)UM,眼压平均降低(3.986±0.61)mmHg。结论判断术后眼压较术前眼压下降与角膜厚度有关。
Objective To investigate the value of intraocular pressure after LASIK.Methods The non-contact measurement of intraocular pressure and related surgical parameters before and after LASIK surgery were analyzed.Results The intraocular pressure decreased with 0.79 ± 0.2614 1 week after operation.The intraocular pressure and central corneal thickness（CCT） were difference between before and after operation.Conclusion There is relationship of IOP decrease and corneal thickness.
