摘要
本文基于可持续发展研究中有关压力-状态-反应的PSR分析方法,研究过去30年来中国城市发展中经济社会发展与资源环境消耗的关系,分析影响中国城市可持续性发展的主要因素,指出中国城市的未来发展需要提高以资源生产率和生态发展绩效为内容的绿色竞争力,讨论了中国城市绿色转型的目标选择以及相关的政策建议。
It is vital for China＇s urbanization to transform its model. Based on the PSR approach from sustainable development research, the paper studies the relationship between social-economic development and resource-environmental consumption in the past 30 years of China^s urbanization, analyzes the driving forces which have the impact on quality of urbanization, points out that raising of resource productivity and eco-development performance will be needed for the next 30 years, and discusses the scenarios and measures of China＇ urban green transition.
