摘要
人才培养模式的关键在于人才培养的过程。由于学制、学生知识基础、学习能力、心理特征等方面的鲜明特点,五年制高职不是三年制高职时间上的复制,也不能照搬三年制高职的人才培养规格、培养目标和培养过程。只有对二者进行全方位的比较研究,才能制定出真正适合五年制高职的人才培养模式,提高五年制高职的人才培养质量。
The key of personnel training model lies in the process of personnel training.As the distinctive characteristics of school system,students' knowledge base,learning ability,psychological characteristics and other aspects,the five-year vocational college is not a copy of three-year vocational college in time,and can not copy the training specifications,training objectives and training process of three-year vocational college.Only by conducting all-round comparative study of them,can we develop a truly suitable training model for five-year vocational college and improve the training quality of five-year vocational college.
