摘要
职业生涯规划是帮助大学生了解、确定个人职业方向,做出相应规划,提升大学生综合竞争力的重要途径。目前,我国大学生职业生涯规划教育尚处于起步阶段,随着就业形势的日趋严峻,大学生职业生涯规划教育工作显得尤为重要。本文主要阐明职业生涯规划教育工作的重要性,国家、各高等院校应高度重视这一工作,提高大学生综合素质和就业竞争力,以应对严峻的就业形势。
The career planning is an important way to help students learn to identify personal career direction,make a plan accordingly and enhance overall competitiveness.At present,the occupation career planning education for university students in our country is still in an initial stage.With the rigorous employment situation,college students planning education is outstanding day by day.This paper is going to clarify the importance of this education,our country and the colleges should attach great importance to this work,improving the quality of university students,to meet the rigorous employment situation.
