摘要
目的了解临床护理决策能力的影响因素,为促进护士临床决策能力的提高提供对策。方法 2009年9-12月采用便利抽样的方法选择重庆市5所三级甲等医院432名护士进行临床护理决策能力影响因素的问卷调查。结果临床护理决策能力受5个因素的影响,依次为胜任感、自信、人际关系、护理教育、管理者的支持,各因素的影响力均处于较高水平。结论护士临床决策能力受到多个因素的影响,有必要通过增强护士的胜任感和自信心、构建和谐人际关系、提高护理教育水平、加大管理者支持力度等措施提高护士的临床决策能力。
Objective To comprehend the influencing factors of decision-making ability in clinical nursing so as to improve the relevant ability in clinical nurses.Methods Using convenience sampling method,432 registered nurses from 5 Grade Ⅲ level a hospitals in chongqing from september to december 2009 were surveyed with questionnaires in terms of decision-making ability in clinical nursing.Results The decision-making ability was affected by 5 influencing factors： competence,confidence,social relations,nursing education,administration support.The influencing factors were in upper level.Conclusion The decision-making ability of clinical nursing is affected by multiple influencing factors.We should attach more emphasis on improving competence and confidence,establishing harmonious social relations,promoting nursing education and enhancing administration support to improve the decision-making ability in clinical nursing.
