聚四氢呋喃类聚氨酯弹性体的热氧老化过程 被引量:2

Thermal-oxidative aging process of polytetramethylene glycol type polyurethane elastomers

摘要 以聚四氢呋喃(PTMG)预聚物为原料,3,3'-二氯-4,4'-二氨基二苯甲烷(MOCA)为扩链剂,对制备的PTMG类聚氨酯弹性体进行了热氧老化研究。结果表明,聚氨酯弹性体经过100℃、50 d的热氧老化后,产生了醇、羧酸类和酯;聚氨酯弹性体在热空气中发生了氧化反应,并伴随着降解过程,试样老化后最大失重速率温度由老化前的392℃提高到404℃,最大失重速率温度处的质量损失率由35.82%增大到37.65%。 Polytetromethylene glycol(PTMG) type polyurethane elastomers were prepared with PTMG prepolymers as material and 3,3′-dichloro-4,4′-diaminodiphenylmethane as chain extender,and the hot air aging of the elastomers was studied.The results showed that the PTMG type polyurethane elastomers were decomposed into alcohol,carboxylic acid and ester after aging in hot air at 100 ℃ for 50 d.The oxidation reaction of polyurethane elastomers occurred in hot air,and companied with degradation process simultaneously.The maximum mass loss rate temperature of the elastomers elevated from 392 ℃ to 404 ℃,and the mass loss rate increased from 35.82% before aging to 37.65% after aging at the maximum mass loss rate temperature.
