摘要
【目的】以胡杨叶子为研究对象,测定其总黄酮提取物的体内抗氧化活性。【方法】用超声辅助法提取胡杨叶中的总黄酮,并采用CCl_4肝损伤小鼠模型测定胡杨叶中的总黄酮提取物的体内抗氧化活性。【结果】胡杨叶中的总黄酮提取物可以显著提高小鼠血清和肝组织中SOD、GSH-PX的活性,并降低它们的MDA含量。【结论】胡杨叶中的总黄酮提取物具有一定的体内抗氧化活性,为其进一步研究提供了参考依据。
[Objective]The purpose of this project was to study the anti - oxidant activity in vivo of total flavnoids from Populus euphratica Oliv Leaves.[Method]Ultrasonic - assisted extraction was adopted to extract total flavonoids from Populus euphratica Oliv Leaves;Mice model of CCl_4 liver injury was used to assay the antioxidant ability in vivo of total flavonoids.[Result]In mice serum and liver,total flavnoids from Populus euphratica Oliv Leaves can markedly increase the activity of SOD and GSH - PX,and decrease the content of MDA.[Conclusion]Total flavnoids from Populus euphratica Oliv Leaves have antioxidant activity in vivo to some extant,which provides reference for its further developing and researching.
